Every MAJOR youth baseball league has approved the use of these bats except Tar heel league.

Please if some one can explain this to me.

Tarheel League Inc, I hope that the below comments will be used by your group to improve furture tournaments. 1) Look at the length of your fences for the 12 u, these were 250. ( and yes we did measure them) Now, I know that everyone is playing on the same field,but the home run ball was taken away. We were informed by some in your group they were 225. That would have been nice if correct. 2) Umpiring I hope that your league will take a long hard look at this. After watching this past weekend, I was dissappointed. Having Coached in 2 State tourney's and have watched 2, It has not improved. The same umpires come year after year and some are quite frankly not good. When having the chance to go play for a state Championship you want the best umpires out there. I would hope that your group will get away from the good old buddy system and get better umpires in. Maybe get umpires from outside tarheel league who have no ties to this may help. 3) West Raleigh Period. This league was founded for communities not cities. I have enjoyed playing against them, but they have multiply All-Star teams. If they are that large then take them out. This league was formed to give small communities a chance to compete for a state title. I hope this will get posted without being edited by your Group.
